The objective

For nearly forty years, Morgan Lovell has been helping many of the world’s largest companies to define, design and deliver office fit-out and refurbishment projects, creating award-winning interiors that help shape incredible working environments. With backing from their FTSE listed parent company, Morgan Sindall Group, Morgan Lovell are incredibly well-positioned to deliver unrivalled interiors. The objective for this project was to review the way Morgan Lovell approached their tenders, analysing existing proposals and consulting on how to communicate their large scale projects simpler and more effectively. 

The response

We reviewed all of the content needed during a proposal and physically split the documents into more manageable sections; Proposal, Technical Specifications and Costs. These three sections would enable the ‘big creative idea’ to stand out and not get lost amongst the intricate and detailed technical and costing sections. Storytelling across the proposal document helped deliver their vision through clear, compelling headings, supported by in-depth text, conceptual sketches and digital renders. The delivery mechanic was also reviewed and concepted, resulting in a hand-finished box that housed all three books and which conveyed a message of consideration, design and detail through its appearance alone.
